University of Tulsa's Founders Village Expansion
The morning we rolled onto the University of Tulsa campus, the contractor was sweating. They’d just broken ground on the new Founders Village dormitory, and their porta potty delivery from another company had fallen through. With fifty workers ready to go and zero facilities, the project was stalled before the first concrete pour. The site superintendent told me he’d already lost a half-day of labor, and his crew was getting restless. The clock was ticking on a tight academic-year schedule.
We got the call at 7:15 AM. By 8:30, our truck was loaded with six of our standard construction units. We navigated the tight campus roads and had them placed and serviced on the designated pad by 9:45. Our driver even coordinated with the ground crew to avoid disturbing fresh stakes. The superintendent said seeing our green truck pull up was the best sight of his week. His crew got back to work within two hours of that initial panic call.
Green Country had us sorted before our first coffee break was over.
Mike, Site Superintendent
